These Terms govern use of the scrubdaddy website and purchases from the store. By using the store, customers agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

Customers must provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information and must use the store only for lawful purposes.

Products, Orders, Pricing, and Taxes

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. Screen settings may affect how colors and appearance are displayed.

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted after payment authorization and merchant confirmation. Orders may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun.

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law.

Shipping, Returns, and Payments

U.S. standard shipping is free, processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.

Returns and exchanges follow the 30-day Refund Policy, including merchant-paid return shipping for approved no-reason and quality-related returns. Approved refunds normally post within 5–10 business days.
